Rates in US Funds

Enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Pinecone Lodge. Book six nights and the seventh night is free! Enjoy inexpensive lodging for extended or multiple families, or even a romantic weekend for a couple.

Most bookings are only $195 per night (the green dates- May 1st through December 31st). Minimum booking is two nights, except for holiday weekends where minimum booking is three nights.

Seasonal rates are a real bargain at only $125 per night (the aqua dates- January 1st through April 30th). Minimum booking is two nights.

A $75 cleaning fee is added to all bookings. See the Availability Calendar for open dates.

Check in time is after 3:00 pm; checkout time is before 10:00 am.

We require 50% of the rental fee to confirm your reservation, with the balance of the rental fee due 45 days prior to arrival. The cleaning fee and a $200 damage deposit (fully refundable if property is left as found and no damaged or missing items) is charged seven days before your arrival. Usually, the damage deposit is refunded within seven days after you depart. If you reserve Pinecone Lodge less than 45 days before you arrive, 100% of the rental fee confirms your reservation. The damage deposit and cleaning fee is due seven days before your arrival.

Pinecone Lodge is a nonsmoking property; failure to abide by this policy will result in damage deposit forfeiture.

You may not bring cats or any pets other than dogs to Pinecone Lodge. Too many people are allergic to cats and other pets. Failure to abide by this policy will result in damage deposit forfeiture.
 

Cancellations and Refunds

There is a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation, the rental fee is nonrefundable, unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If we rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less the $50 cancellation fee.

We accept personal checks, cash, and four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express; we also accept PayPal.

- Name exactly as it is on the credit card

- Billing address
